Case #18
Age: 30
Pertinent Medical History: None
Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: She was bothered by the round ball shape to the tip of her nose and felt her nose and nostrils were too long. She was also bothered by the hump.
Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with refinement of the tip, reduction of the tip projection and removal of the hump.
Surgeon: Tamir Mosharrafa, MD
Results: She is very pleased with her new look. She feels that her nose fits her face. Reducing the projection and narrowing the tip gives her a much "cuter" nose that does not distract from her other pretty facial features.
