Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: She was very bothered by her heavy neck and jowls. Also very unhappy with her eyes, particularly her upper eyelids feeling that they look puffy all the time.

Procedure: Facelift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), endoscopic brow lift

Results: She is delighted with her neck and eyes. She feels she looks refreshed and rejuvenated. She gets many compliments on her beautiful green eyes that she feels were not showing through before surgery. Improvements in her neck also have taken weight off her face giving her a much leaner look as well.

Pertinent Medical History: Previous facelift and upper/lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) 24 years ago.

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Baggy skin upper and lower eyelids, Deep lines around mouth, saggy neck.

Procedure: Facelift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), CO2 laser resurfacing of lower eyelids.

Results: She is very happy with the improvement to her eyes and neck. Lines around her mouth are nicely softened. She was told by her friends that she looks 40 and was asked by a stranger if she and her daughter were sisters (after which her daughter, also very beautiful, immediately asked about a consultation).

Pertinent Medical History: Gastric bypass surgery with massive weight loss (115 lbs)

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Wanted to get rid of her neck "waddle." Also felt as though her brows were heavy and she did not like the wrinkles on her lower eyelids. Felt her cheeks were flat.

Procedure: Facelift, endoscopic brow lift, CO2 laser resurfacing of her lower eyelids.

Results: She is very happy with the nice contour of her neck. She feels her eyes look more open and loves her fuller cheeks. Her lower eyelids now appear more in balance with the rest of the skin of her face and do not look as aged.
