Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: This patient presented very bothered by the severe excess skin on her upper eyelids. She states that this is hereditary and began in her early 20's.

Procedure: Upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess skin of the upper lids

Results: The patient is very pleased with the appearance of her eyes. She reports not only looking better, but seeing better with improvement in her visual field.

Procedure: Facelift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), endoscopic brow lift

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: This patient presented stating that she looks older than she feels. She felt that she carried most of her age in her eyes. She wanted a brighter and refreshed look with minimal down time.

Procedure: Endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), CO2 laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids.

Results: This patient was very pleased with the appearance of her eyes after a short procedure with only 2 weeks of down time. She feels as though her eyes no longer give away her age and are more in harmony with the rest of her facial features.
