Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: This patient was very bothered by the redundancy of her upper eyelids. She said that when she wore mascara, it did not show. She also felt that her brows looked heavy and her eyes looked tired all the time. She wanted a refreshed look.

Procedure: Endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift)

Results: The patient is delighted with her new look. She feels 20 years younger. She gets regular compliments from friends, family and coworkers. She wishes she would have done it years ago.
