Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Heaviness of breasts. Chronic back pain. Difficulty finding well-fitting clothing. Wanted to be a small C cup. Currently wears a DD.

Procedure: Bilateral Breast Reduction

Results: Back pain significantly improved. No further breast symptoms. Fits well in a C cup bra and loves the way she looks in and out of her clothing.

Pertinent Medical History: Neck/shoulder pain and heat rashes

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Has been large breasted since breast development. Pain in neck and shoulders not improved with therapy. Wants to be able to exercise and eliminate heat rashes under her breasts. Concerned about keloids.

Procedure: Bilateral breast reduction

Results: Patient is very happy with the appearance of her breasts and scars. She has no more rashes and is able to exercise without her breasts "getting in the way." Neck and shoulder pain is resolved.
