Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: This patient lost much of her breast volume after breast feeding 3 children. She did not want to go back to her DD cup breasts, but wanted to improve the shape of her breasts without adding volume.

Procedure: Bilateral mastopexy (breast lift)

Surgeon: Tamir Mosharrafa, MD

Results: She is very happy with the shape of her breasts. She did lose some weight and feels that her breast volume is in proportion to her new figure. She loves the way she looks in all of her clothes.

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Didn't like the "skin on skin". Wanted her breasts lifted off of her upper abdomen. Wanted her breasts to look "perky".
