Pertinent Medical History: Previous submuscular breast augmentation 14 years prior with McGhan 270cc textured saline implants. Very active body builder.

Patient's Presenting Complaints/Desires: Feels breasts look too narrow. Wishes to have more volume from her current small C cup to a D cup bra with better shape and more cleavage. Also complains of mild rippling and palpability of implants.

Procedure: Bilateral implant exchange with adjustment of implant pocket.

Implants used: Mentor Smooth Round High Profile Silicone Gel Implants, 500 cc bilaterally Implant pocket: Submuscular Incision: Inframammary fold

Surgeon: Tamir Mosharrafa, MD

Results: Patient much happier with her shape and volume. Despite increased volume, implants less palpable with no appreciable rippling.

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Has been small breasted since breast development. Wishes to have more volume and fullness in the upper portion of her breasts. Also very bothered by the asymmetric volume of her natural breasts. Currently wears a 36 small B cup bra. Would like to be a small C cup while maintaining a natural appearance.

Volume on Right = 450 cc Volume on Left = 400 cc (Intra-operative sizers revealed a 50 cc discrepancy in natural breast volume) Implant pocket: Submuscular Incision: Inframammary fold
