Pertinent Medical History: Massive weight loss following gastric bypass surgery two years prior (lost 259 lbs).

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: She had difficulty exercising due to the large amount of excess skin of her thighs. She had discomfort in her abdomen and thighs because of the weight and mobility of the skin. She wanted to be able to work out without pain and be able to wear regular clothing comfortably.

Procedure: Bilateral circumferential thigh lift, abdominoplasty, belt lipectomy (circumferential lower body lift)

Surgeon: Tamir Mosharrafa, MD

Results: This patient was very happy with her dramatic result. She states that she has no more difficulty with exercise and no longer has any physical limitations due to the excess skin. She feels that she can wear regular clothing and look and feel great.

Pertinent Medical History: Massive weight loss following gastric bypass surgery (lost 150 lbs).

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Loose skin of the thighs. She had a difficult time finding pants that fit well because of her lean build with so much excess skin. She also wanted better definition and shape to her buttocks.

Procedure: Bilateral lateral thigh-plasty

Surgeon: Tamir Mosharrafa, MD

Results: The patient is very pleased with the smooth contour to her legs. She also is happy with the appearance of her buttocks. She states that most of the scar is easily concealed in long shorts, where the excess skin was not. When wearing shorts, it looks like scars from knee surgery. She can now wear tight fitting pants.

Pertinent Medical History: This patient lost 65 pounds through strict diet and exercise.

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: She was very bothered by the excess skin of her inner thighs.

Procedure: Bilateral medial thigh lift

Results: The patient is very happy with the appearance of her inner thighs. She continues to exercise regularly and no longer has problems with the excess skin getting irritated.
