Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Stubborn fatty tissue in the abdomen and flanks. Does not seem to improve much with weight loss or exercise.

Procedure: Standard tumescent liposuction of the abdomen and flanks Total amount of aspirate: 2600 cc

Results: Patient is very happy with the improved definition of her abdomen. She feels that her body is in balance and loves the way she looks in a bathing suit.

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Unhappy with the appearance of her thighs. Wants them to be smoother with better contour.

Procedure: Standard tumescent liposuction of the thighs.

Results: The patient is very happy with the smoother contour of her thighs. She feels the "cottage cheese" appearance is gone. She states she is much more comfortable in shorts and skirts.

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: This very athletic male has always been bothered by a lack of definition in his abdomen despite a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Procedure: Standard tumescent liposuction of the abdomen.

Results: The patient is now very pleased with his abdominal contour and definition. He continues to eat well and exercise regularly and now feels like he has abs that reflect that.
