Pertinent Medical History: Massive weight loss (105 lbs) following gastric bypass

Patient's Presenting Complaint/Desires: Excessive loose skin of the abdomen. hips and flanks as well as sagging of the buttocks. Wanted a flat belly and smooth waistline. Also wished to have her buttocks lifted.

Procedure: Tummy tuck and belt lipectomy/circumferential lower body lift

Surgeon: Tamir Mosharrafa, MD

Results: Patient is very pleased with her new contour and the "tight" appearance of her torso in and out of clothing. She is also very happy with the improved shape and definition of her buttocks.
